Foot Vitaflex Chart

Vitaflex is an ancient technique that was perfected by Stanley Burroughs. Instead of steady pressure, the vitaflex technique uses a rolling releasing motion that involves placing the pads of all four fingers flat on the skin, and then rolling onto the fingertips, and continuing over onto the fingernail. Repeat this motion over an area at least three times.
This technique can be used with Aromatherapy. Apply 1-2 drops of essential oil to the area of the foot that corresponds to the system of the body you want to support.
